“They reviewed my old income tax records, and filed amended returns for me, as my old accountant missed some things. The amended returns netted me additional monies that were due back to me from the IRS.”

Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You own a California business doing $1M or more a year.
  • You only hear from your accountant when the return is due, and you find out what you owe once it's too late to change it.
  • Your books get pieced together at year end instead of reconciled every month.
  • You're planning a truck, new equipment, a hire or a partner and want to know the tax side before the money moves.
  • You elected S corp status years ago and nobody has checked whether it still fits what the business makes now.
  • You'd rather have one team handle the books, the tax planning and the returns than juggle a bookkeeper, a preparer and an advisor.

This Is Not For:

  • Employees and individuals who only need a personal return filed.
  • Businesses doing under $1M a year.
  • Owners who want a once-a-year return and nothing else.
  • Owners who won't keep their books current, because planning only works on real numbers.
  • Anyone looking to pay less than the law allows.

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

Here's how Juli's team runs the books and the tax side of your business, all year long.

We Keep Your Books Every Month

Our bookkeepers keep your books tax-optimized and reconciled every month, with a P&L and balance sheet you'll actually read, so every planning decision runs on today's numbers.

We Meet You At Mid-Year

At the halfway point we look at how the business is really running, estimate what you'll owe, and flag deadlines like California's June 15 pass-through entity payment.

We Make Your Year-End Moves

At the year-end session we decide and carry out the changes while they still count: your entity and owner pay, equipment timing, retirement contributions and credits.

We Prepare And File Your Returns

The same team that planned your year prepares your business return and, on the monthly package, your personal return too, so the filed return holds no surprises.

We Answer Your Questions All Year

One-off questions are included in your weekly fee, so you can call about a truck purchase or a new hire before you decide, and you're never chasing your accountant for ideas.

We Act As Your CFO

For companies in growth mode, we add fractional CFO work: cost control and business strategy, industry benchmarks, KPI scorecards and a post-tax advisory meeting.

On The Record

Does It Actually Work?

“
I initially reached out as I just started my business in 2023 and was in search for a service to help with taxes/accounting services as my business was starting to grow fast and was feeling overwhelmed... I can't thank them enough and I can accredit them helping my business just in this short time generating $1.3m+ in revenue. I couldn't have been able to focus on scaling my business to this level without them!

Still On The Fence?

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to switch from my current CPA?+
Every package we offer includes your tax preparation and filings, so the team that plans your year also prepares your returns, and nothing gets lost between the people who planned it and the people who file it. If you already employ a reliable in-house bookkeeper, we can work alongside them instead of replacing them.
My books are behind. Can you still help this year?+
Yes. Your books don't have to be perfect to start, but planning runs on real numbers, so we require a complete set of monthly books for the year. Our bookkeepers catch up the prior months first, and that one-time fee is set by how much work it really is: your transactions, accounts and loans.
We already switched to an S corp. Isn't that the whole strategy?+
It's usually a good first move, not the finish line. Your salary has to be reasonable and your distributions have to follow the rules, and California's pass-through entity election adds its own deadlines. As profit climbs, we model an S corp against a C corp at your current and projected profit and work with your attorney on the legal side.
What does it cost?+
Our rates are published on our site. For corporations, monthly books with mid-year and year-end planning plus your business and personal returns start at $340 a week, and the fractional CFO package starts at $840 a week. Every client also has onboarding tasks that total about $1,500, and we walk you through which package fits on the strategy call.
When will I actually see the savings?+
Most of what lowers this year's bill has to be finished by December 31. A truck or machine only counts once it's in service, not when it's ordered. The savings show up when your return is filed, and because you approved the moves during the year, that return holds no surprises.
How often will I actually hear from you?+
All year. We keep your books every month, meet with you at mid-year and again before December 31, and your one-off questions are included in the fee. You won't have to wait until April to find out how your year went.
Do you only work with businesses in Redding?+
No. Our office is at 1155 Del Monte Street in Redding, and we serve business owners in Chico, Sacramento, the Bay Area and beyond. The books, the planning sessions and the returns all work the same wherever your business is.
What should I have ready for the strategy call?+
Your latest business return, a year-to-date P&L and a short list of any purchase or hire you're considering. If a spouse or business partner shares the big financial calls with you, they're welcome to join.
One Last Step

Want To Know What Your Business Could Still Save Before December 31st?

On the strategy call, we look at where your business stands today, how your books are kept and what you're planning next. Then you'll hear plainly which tax moves look real for your company and which ones don't fit.
